Shortly after making your booking, you will automatically receive a certificate similar to the sample version shown on this page.As a result, in the event that something goes wrong on our side, the following will kick into action:

• You'll get a refund of any deposits/advance payments for a holiday that you haven't yet taken.


• If you're on holiday with us when things go wrong, you'll be covered for the additional costs of either continuing your holiday as originally booked, or for getting you and your party back to the UK.
